As the name says, the star here is a clinically proven vitamin A derivative that works 11x faster than traditional retinol, with bakuchiol for enhanced cellular renewal and collagen support. So, this works to refine texture, even out skin tone, and smooth fine lines and wrinkles. It also includes several antioxidants, including buriti, rosehip, and CoQ10.

I love how lightweight it is, so it pairs nicely under any moisturizer. I like heavier moisturizers this time of year, so layering on super-heavy serums can be a bit much. Also, it has a subtle but pleasant scent that’s slightly herbal/floral.

Next, we have the daytime covered with vitamin B and extra hydration! This includes niacinamide (B3), panthenol (B5) and multi-weighted hyaluronic acid. The serum calms redness, regulates the sensation of oil production, diminishes the appearance of hyperpigmentation and pores for a smoother, clearer complexion.

This is also very lightweight but it really packs in hydration, which is much needed these winter months! It layers well with just about any moisturizer or other serums. As for scent, it’s very slight but I mostly pick up on cucumber, which makes sense as cucumber seed oil is one of the ingredients. And you can also use this at night!
