The September Discovery Featuring Oio Lab
This month features the lovely skincare line Oio Lab. If you haven’t had the pleasure of experiencing it before, you’re in for a treat! Based in Poland, this brand has shown again and again how innovative natural skincare can be. I’ve found so many gems from the line. I can’t wait to share about the two beautiful products in this discovery. Let’s dive in!

Lunula Night Facial Treatment Oil | 30 ml | ($80 retail)
If you’re looking for a retinol serum or face oil *BUT gentle on skin*, this is for you. It’s made to be applied at night, and it supports your skin and helps smooth and renew your complexion. This includes an advanced hydrogenated retinol with a sophisticated complex of Polish spilanthol, Chios mastic, Arctic kelp, lotus stem cells, and CoQ10 to visibly improve texture, firmness, elasticity, and overall skin quality. They also have added omegas and essential fatty acids to nourish and support your skin.
I find it to be very moisturizing. A little goes a long way for me. That said, it does apply well and absorb in nicely, so it doesn’t leave you feeling oily once applied. It doesn’t have much of a scent, though I can faintly detect an herbal scent.
Sidekick
Superpause Restorative Facial Cream | 45 ml | ($80 retail)
There’s something about finding a good face cream that’s been very satisfying on my natural beauty journey. This night cream not only goes above and beyond to treat your skin at night, but it also has a great texture and moisture level. While this cream is great for people at any stage of life, it’s especially helpful for those going through perimenopause through post menopause. This includes liposomal melatonin, chasteberry extract, and Natural Glycoin, paired with barrier-supportive ingredients to help improve the look of density, elasticity, and texture. Tests showed increased hydration and decreased wrinkles.
I find this face cream to be moisturizing without being too heavy. Like the serum above, it doesn’t have an overly strong scent. Just a faint, almost herbal scent.
