I’ve heard a buzz about Australian-based cosmetics line Ere Perez for a while now, but it wasn’t until my trip to Spain this past fall that I saw the line in person. I had stumbled upon a green beauty boutique in San Sebastián called Green For Chic and they had the Ere Perez line on display. As I was chatting up the owner and exploring products she told me this line was really high quality and one of her favorites. Fast forward a few months and one of my favorite shops in the states now carries the line! Integrity Botanicals was kind enough to send me some products from Ere Perez to try and see what I thought and I liked the line so much, I couldn’t wait to share my thoughts with you!

Ere Perez Review

Some general thoughts on the line before we get into specific products: Overall I really dig the packaging and esthetic of the brand. The ingredients pass my test. The colors are gorgeous and most importantly, they all wear well. You can find all of these at Integrity Botanicals.

Carrot Colour Pot in Healthy

This multi-use color pot is perfect for lips and cheeks. It’s very moisturizing and creamy, so I’ve been using a setting powder over it on my cheeks and it stays nicely throughout the day. The color is very pigmented so a little goes a long way if you’re just looking for a little flush in your cheeks. The color I have, Healthy, is a little more of a rich coral than it appears on the website. $25

Oat Milk Foundation

So the color, Latte, I was sent is too light for me, but I did manage to blend it into a few spots so I could see how it held up during the day. This is a pretty full coverage foundation that gives a matte, powdery finish. It’s not drying at all, but I would think most people wouldn’t need to use any powder on top unless their skin is particularly oily. Overall, it stays on really well, has great coverage, and looks natural, not cakey. Even being a couple of shades off, I was still able to blend this and get a pretty natural looking finish. $35

Chamomile Eye Palette in Pretty

I was the most excited to test this out! I love a good eye shadow palette. This one is full of warm, neutral colors with some that have just a tad of shimmer. It’s very buildable color, so you can go subtle or dramatic.

The Pretty Eye Palette includes:

  • LIZ – Shimmer, Banana Split
  • KATIANA – Matte, Soft Grey/Brown
  • BONNIE – Shimmer, Dusty Peach
  • PAUSCHA – Shimmer, Frosted Coral
  • GABY – Shimmer, Coppery Brown
  • SARAI – Matte, Eggplant

They have a few other color collections, too. For 6 shades, it’s a steal at $34!

Jojoba Eye Pencil in Bronze

First, let me say that they have so many pretty shades for their eye pencils! I have the bronze, which is really pretty against my blue-green eyes. This glides on easily and stays put. I’ve had no issue with transfer to my brow bone, which happens with other brands sometimes, and it stays on until I wash my face at night. $21

Avocado Waterproof Mascara

This is the one product I tried that I didn’t totally love. Which was a bummer, since there has been a lot of hype over this being one of the first waterproof mascaras in green beauty. The good is that it has a nice lash brush and I really like how it lengthens and separates my lashes. It looks really pretty on. The bad is that every time I’ve worn it, it smudges badly. I have to keep wiping under my eye so I don’t look like a racoon. BUT it’s also not very easy to wash off. So unless I do a double cleanse with an oil cleanser or really get it with makeup remover, I wake up with it smeared all over my eye area. So I guess it does have some staying power…

I’ll stick to my tried and true Lily Lolo mascara for now. It’s basically waterproof and never smudges!

If you want to see more from this natural beauty line, you can see their products here. Overall, I’m really impressed with how well it performs and I’m excited to try more from them in the future! I may have to pick up one of their Eye Pencils in Slate.
