When making the switch over to healthier beauty products, a girl can quickly get overwhelmed when faced with challenge of finding all new favorites in every category. It’s hard enough to find products that are completely nontoxic, much less ones that can adequately fill the shoes of your old products. Not to mention the price of switching everything over. It’s almost like you need a personal guide to show you the best performing all-natural products… Enter Beauty Heroes. I’ve tried a lot of nontoxic beauty box subscriptions and while I’ve liked them all, this one put a whole new spin on things (where was this box when I was trying to make the switch??).

Beauty Heroes is a monthly subscription beauty box, but unlike other boxes, their team of beauty experts select one full size product for you to try each month along with a sidekick. So you know the product is highly recommended and you actually get enough of it to truly try it out and see if you love it. Even if you’re a seasoned natural beauty connoisseur, this is such a great way to introduce new brands and products into your routine. What really sold me was their mission. They believe less is more and they believe in taking the time to really find the products that you love. They’re also huge on spreading ingredient awareness (see all the info that came in my order), and if you’ve been around my blog long enough, then you know I love a good ingredient spotlight post!

So what came in October’s box? Only the most indulgent cleansing system I’ve ever used! The In Fiore cleansing system included Treate Cleansing Emulsion and the sidekick was Lustra Illuminating Cleansing Essence. First of all, the products smell absolutely divine, but what I really want to tell you about was how to use them, because I’ve never tried anything like this.

According to the detailed instructions included (which I very much appreciated), you start by applying Lustra and massaging your face for 4 minutes (it even shows exactly how to do so, move by move). Then you apply Treate and massage for 2 minutes. Finally, you rinse your face with warm water for 2 minutes and then cold water for 2 more minutes, in order to stimulate circulation and lymph function. Since Treate is described as a floral milk that removes excess sebum and impurities, it makes sense that my skin feels simply amazing after all of that cleansing and massaging. Not only is my skin smoother, but it also helps to make my skin look firmer and de-puff my eye area. I’ve never spent so much time on my cleansing routine before, but to be honest, I’m enjoying this so much!

So today, October 20th, is the last day to order the October box, but I’ve had a sneak peek at the next couple of months and WOW! They have some amazing products lined up- we’re talking cult favorites and some pricey items, that will all be included in this $39 a month box. You will be kicking yourself come December if you haven’t signed up. Just trust me… And so to sweeten the deal and because I love you all, I have a special code that will save you $10 off your first month. Use: MAISONPUR to save some money. Even without the discount, the Beauty Heroes box is well worth the price since the items included definitely exceed the price tag of the monthly box. Just the October box alone has a retail value of $88. You may just find a new favorite product in your nontoxic beauty routine!
