What I’m Loving Lately

I’m always so eager to try out new natural beauty products and kid products, that sometimes I have to take a step back and think about what’s been working great and what I’m really loving. I’ve lucked out and had a lot of home runs lately! These are a few of the products that I just adore and can’t imagine not having around.

Me and AB

Suntegrity 5 in 1 Tinted Moisturizer SPF 30

Suntegrity5in1TintedFaceSunscreen-500x500

This stuff is my green beauty miracle product! If you’re familiar with BB creams, that would be the best description. It’s a tinted moisturizer that blends seamlessly into your skin, providing some coverage that evens out your skin tone and all the while, protects you from the sun with SPF 30. It’s completely free of any toxic chemicals and works as a great primer for the rest of your makeup. I wear it in Light and it matches up perfectly with my neutral undertones (some makeup looks way pink or way yellow on me). This really is a must-have for me.

Foogo Stainless Steel Thermos

Are you as weird about plastic as I am? I really hate all the plastic sippy cups! My kids will usually have the same water cup with occasional refills all day, and I hate the thought of what could be leaching into the water. The best alternative I’ve found is Foogo stainless steel thermos cups. Not only are they safer, being made from harmless stainless steel, but they actually keep drinks cold all day since it’s insulated like a thermos. Both of my kids prefer the straw tops but they sell a sippy cup style top as well. With a closing lid, these are prefect to throw in my bag when we’re on the go.

Aila Cosmetics Nail Polish

I just recently have been using this polish and I love it! It goes on smooth and dries fast. People, this is the real deal! Chip free, performs like most major nail polish brands but without all of the yuckiness! It’s as natural as nail polish can get. Plus I seriously love all of the colors. Every. Single. One. I’m wearing it in Pffff Ugggh in the picture below:

May Lindstrom The Problem Solver

I just tried this for the first time and it is divine. Totally worth all the hype. It starts as a powder that you mix with water. It gets kind of foamy and you paint it on your face. Immediately it feels tingly and hot but starts to dry down into a clay type mask. My skin felt so very smooth after! Here’s a super scary shot of me using the mask:

This is so luxurious and it’s a splurge for sure!

A bit off topic, I’ll admit, but I have been obsessed with these adorable prints. I’m sure you’ve seen them all over the internet already, but I just broke down and got the Giraffe and Zebra for Annabelle’s bathroom and Carson picked the Wolf Pup and Bear cub for his room. They are just the cutest things ever and I love seeing them each day. So fun for any child’s space.
