Truly Clean Deodorant By Mabrook & Co.

One of my absolute favorite things about blogging in the natural space over the last few years is watching some of the first brands I tried out and blogged about grow and refine their products even more. This can definitely be said for Mabrook & Co., which happens to have started the same year as Maison Pur- back in 2014. I had the honor of reviewing them way back then! Since then, they’ve taken their already clean, effective products and brought them to the next level with their selection and gorgeous, unique scents. I’m so excited to share them with you all again. I’ve even got a discount code for you further down in this post, plus how to enter to win a year’s supply of their deodorant!!

Thank you to Mabrook & Co. for sponsoring this post. I only partner with brands that I fully believe in, that meet my strict standards for ingredients and quality, and that I think will add value for my readers. Mabrook & Co. meets all of these things and more, and I hope you enjoy their line as much as I have over the years.

Mabrook & Co. Review

Mabrook & Co. is on a mission to clean up your life and got its start when founder, Aliya Dhalla, was doing just that. According to Aliya, while she was cleaning up her products and switching everything over to natural, she struggled to find a clean deodorant that worked for her and her husband. Sometimes you just have to take matters into your own hands, so she decided to make her own and the Clean Deodorant was born!

Clean Deodorant

Mabrook & Co. Review

Mabrook & Co.’s Clean Deodorant comes in four gorgeous scents, plus they also offer a special Detox version with activated charcoal, clay and magnesium, and a Sensitive version that includes soothing ingredients, along with being unscented and baking soda-free. They’re all made in small batches with simple, all-natural ingredients. So natural in fact, they rate zero on Think Dirty which is the best you can rate!

The scented ones come in the following scents:

Vanilla & Mint– Sweet, a little feminine, and a universally pleasing scent.

Eucalyptus & Spice– A little more masculine than the others but it actually works well for men or women. It has a really nice, grounded scent.

Lavender & Herb– For my lavender fans, this gives you the beautiful, soothing scent of lavender with an earthier, herbal twist.

Lemon & Rose– It’s hard to pick a favorite, but this may be it for me. I love rose and the lemon really adds such a nice, citrusy note in there. It’s really nice!

If you’re familiar with natural deodorants, then you know that some people have issues with baking soda. I do too occasionally, but I’ve never had an issue with Mabrook & Co., as they seem to include less than some other brands. If you’re very sensitive to it, be sure to check out their Sensitive version which has no baking soda. Also, I’ve found a little goes a long way. All you need is a couple of swipes!

Clean Dry Shampoo

Mabrook & Co. Review

Anyone with a busy schedule can appreciate a good, all-natural dry shampoo and this one is so good that it has a cult following. It was even a 2017 Clean Beauty Award Runner Up. This blend of powders, clay, bamboo leaf extract, essential oils, and more works to absorb oil, freshen up your hair, and add volume. If you’ve never used a powdered dry shampoo, don’t be intimidated. It’s actually very easy and quite effective. I put a little in my palm and work it into my roots and then simply brush it out. Then my hair is ready for another day!
