Mālayā Organics: Beautifully Nourished Skin and Hair

I discovered Malaya Organics a while back and immediately fell for their beautifully scented products and their commitment to using the purest ingredients. Their ingredients are organic, wild crafted, biodynamic and ethically sourced. Pretty much everything you could ask for in an ingredient list! Malaya believes that your products should nourish your skin and hair and also soothe and protect them. I happen to agree and thankfully their products work a little magic with your skin and hair, too.

I’m no stranger to Malaya Organics, but I was very excited when the beautiful founder, Katya Slepak, offered to send me some goodies since they recently got a new look. She did not disappoint! All of the products are gorgeous and everything smells amazing (which I knew they would). While all the products are lovely, I think I may have found a new favorite in the heavenly facial steam. It’s just such a beautiful experience with the dried herbs and flower.

facial steam

Revitalizing Facial Steam

If you’ve never used a facial steam, then you’re missing out. I love how relaxing it is and how much it opens my pores and flushes out my skin. I prefer to do it prior to masking, but you can steam anytime you want to deep clean your skin or get a little glow. Since it increases circulation, you really see glowing skin for days afterward. Malaya’s facial steam is a gorgeous blend of dried flowers and herbs that have anti-inflammatory and astringent properties. With ingredients like hibiscus, rose petals and orange peel, you know it smells amazing too. (Psst.. scroll down to the bottom to find out about our giveaway on Instagram that includes this!).

rejuvenate face serum

Rejuvenating Face Serum

This is one of their most popular products and for good reason. It’s designed to help cell turn over and help with fine lines and balancing your skin tone. It can even help with scars and smoothing out skin texture. It’s a lightweight oil that absorbs right into skin and the icing on the cake is (once again) the scent. It’s not a strong scent but just a light, pretty scent that makes me want to breathe in the serum. (psst- We’re also giving this away!)

Hair oil

Hair Oil- Repair & Style

If you need an ultra nourishing hair oil, then this is it. A few drops rubbed into your ends banishes dryness and frizz. I find that when I use it on damp hair and then blow-dry, it really helps to prevent the dryness I get from heat styling in the first place. I keep talking about scent, but this stuff is seriously like perfume for your hair. It smells that good!

calming bath

Calming Botanical Bath

I love this almost as much as I love the facial steam. This has a very soothing scent and is great to use at the end of the day to relax and unwind. It feels so luxurious to have all the dried herbs and flowers floating in the tub with you too! It contains chamomile flowers, lavender flowers, calendula and more. It really is just a nice sensory experience.

body oil

Body Oil

I’m glad Malaya did not change either of their two body oil scents, because they are both so nice. The Citrus & Bloom is a lighter, more feminine scent, but it’s not overly sweet. The citrus helps to make it feel fresh and clean. Woods is a great uni-sex scent. It does have a woodsy scent that’s deep and complex. I really like using it during the fall and winter and it’s one of my husband’s favorite oils to use too. Both oils are very hydrating and give you lasting moisture.

Malaya giveaway

So… the exciting part! To celebrate Malaya Organics new packaging design, I’ve teamed up with them to giveaway one of their Face Serums and their Facial Steam to one lucky winner over on Instagram.
