Organic Gift Guide For Babies, Kids, & Teens
Shopping for the youngest on your list can be daunting. Most playrooms today feel like a sea of plastic (even we have our fair share of plastic toys that have made their way in). Finding toys and gear that’s eco-friendly, non-toxic, and still appealing to them can be next to impossible, but I’ve got you covered with some ideas for kids of all ages!

For Babies & Toddlers
Wooden Wobble Balance Board, Sustainable & Non-toxic Under $70- Hours of fun and helps to build their sense of balance.
Honey Sticks $22.95- Great for their first crayons! They’re thick and easy to grip and made out of beeswax!
Hedgehog Floor Cushion $139- Lorena Canals makes the cutest non-toxic home textiles. They have tons of rugs, cushions, and more to choose from, including this fluffy, cute poof!
Pura Kiki Sippy Cup– Cute & practical, these can take a beating, are completely non-toxic, and are easy to sip out of.
Hanna Andersson Organic PJ’s $42 (but often on sale this time of year)- This brand has the cutest prints and is one of the best-made kid’s clothing brands around so it’s a great one to plan on passing down to siblings. They also have sales on the regular!
Roller Toy Under $22- Made from rubber trees that no longer produce latex, this is sustainably made with non-toxic materials.
Recycled Plastic Submarine Bath Toy– Price varies with color, but this cute submarine is perfect for babies and toddlers to play in the bath with.
Organic Stuffed Animal Around $20- A cute stuffed puppy friend perfect for babies and toddlers.
Recycled Dump Truck– Another win from Green Toys with this truck made completely from recycled plastic! Easy to roll around even for those that just started crawling around themselves!
Vet Set $25.99- Pretty much the cutest vet set I’ve ever seen! It’s made from non-toxic wood and water-based paints. This will keep any animal lover busy!
Organic Baby Playmat $129- It’s surprisingly hard to find mats and other soft items for babies that aren’t filled with questionable materials, but this one is made from organic cotton and rolls up into the cutest bamboo stem. Perfect for tummy time or activities!
For Kids
3d Puzzle Cube Under $10- Sustainably made with non-toxic materials, this would be the perfect stocking stuffer!
Tinted Lip Balm Set $9.99- If your little one isn’t quite old enough for makeup but wants a few fun items, this is a great alternative to conventional lip balms marketed to kids.
Maverick POGO Stick (prices vary)- Annabelle absolutely loves her pogo stick! It’s hours of fun, plus rebounding is great for the lymphatic system.
Organic PJ’s $44 & up- I listed this for babies too, but I love it for all ages due to the quality and organic material, and my big kids love this brand because of the great characters on the PJ’s! From Disney to Star Wars, they’ve got something for every kid.
Hape Furnished Dollhouse Under $200- While most dollhouses are made from cheap MDF that off-gasses, this dollhouse and most of the furnishings are made from wood and water-based, non-toxic paint. We have the same furniture in Annabelle’s dollhouse and she loves it. (the dollhouse we have was a floor model from Pottery Barn Kids– Floor models can be a great option if they’ll let you take them since they’ve already had a chance to off-gas.)
Organic Unicorn Sheet Set $69.99 for twin size (sale price)- So fun to have their rooms reflect their interests and they have so many options!
Bonsai Starter Kit (around $25)- Kids can channel their inner Daniel-san and grow their own bonsai tree. This kit includes 4 different types of seeds, soil disks, compostable planters, and more.
Green Science Rocket Kit under $15- Similar to a Stomp Rocket (in fact, I came across this one while looking those up for Carson!), this one uses all recycled materials.
Web Spinner Swing $50 & up- We’re big fans of anything to get the kids to play outdoors- We have a similar tree swing as this and it’s been a big hit!
For Teens
Fjällräven Kånken backpack $80- This water-resistant backpack is the only one I know of on the market that doesn’t use toxic PFOA’s to achieve its water resistance. This brand is committed to sustainability and makes high-quality products. It comes in lots of fun colors, too!
Air Tube Headphones $39.99- From music to gaming, it’s hard to pry the headphones off of them sometimes! At least with these, you get peace of mind with EMF protection.
Unicorn Food cookbook under $20- Though marketed towards adults, I think plenty of teens would enjoy this one too! This cookbook has a fun twist on plant-based eating, including colorful Lisa Frank Mountain Cakes and homemade Cinnamon Toast Crunch with Blue Majik Milk. Everything is made from whole, plant-based ingredients, and each recipe turns out very insta-worthy!
Thinksport Water Bottle– (Prices vary by color/size) I included these in my other gift guides too (because they’re seriously the best!), but any teen would love one. Even my younger kids love these stainless steel water bottles. They come in many different colors and a few different sizes so there’s one for everyone!
three ships Ultimate Hydration Set $22- This is a nice little skincare bundle that includes some of their best sellers!
Recycled wallet $34- Made entirely from reclaimed bicycle inner tubes, this functional wallet is stylish and eco-friendly.
Bob Ross Chia Pet (prices vary by character) They have so many fun versions of this classic now. Though the drip pan is plastic, the planter itself is pottery and can be reused indefinitely- just wash it out and plant more seeds!
Ursa Major Fantastic Face Wash (price varies by size)- This uni-sex line appeals to all and works well!
Kombucha Brewing Kit– This is a healthier take on fun beverages and they can be adventurous and make different flavors!
Kosas The Wet Set Duo $24- This includes 2 gorgeous and fun lip products from Kosas.
Also, though I haven’t listed many beauty products here, studies show that teen girls use the largest amount of beauty products of any demographic daily. I think any teen girl would appreciate the gift of clean beauty by getting a gift card to somewhere like Aillea, The Detox Market, Integrity Botanicals, or another clean beauty shop!
Happy Shopping!
