W3ll People: New & Gorgeous
Make room in your makeup bag.. W3ll People has been very busy! They’ve released some new products that stand up against any conventional products (as per usual) and they’ve launched in-store at Target just this past month, so you can get your beautiful little hands on their products even more conveniently. How awesome is that? I’m always thankful for safer products becoming more accessible. Along with the new products and in-store Target launch (they were previously just on Target.com), they’ve changed up their packaging as well to a graphite color with more transparent touches to make it easier to identify the color. I think W3ll People has continually done a great job of looking to see what products are lacking in the green beauty market and then creating a product that not only fills that void, but also gives conventional products a run for their money. Seriously, their concealer is one of the best I’ve tried- natural or not. I can’t wait to share these new ones with you, because they’re just as good as my other favorites from them!
Bio Tint Multi Action Moisturizer
Finding a good tinted moisturizer with an SPF is rare in the natural beauty world. There are a couple, but mostly they’re few and far in between to come by. Bio Tint is legit though. It has SPF 30 sun protection and gives really great coverage. I find I really don’t even need to wear foundation with it. This one product is designed to hydrate, brighten, firm and protect skin, as well as providing some coverage. Broccoli seed oil helps to make this tinted moisturizer easy to apply and beneficial ingredients like organic aloe, green tea, ginseng root and more, help to treat skin while you wear it. I think this would be great for oily, combo or normal skin. Those on the dry side may need to layer a serum or some extra moisturizer underneath. Also good to know- It leaves a pretty matte finish, so it works well with W3ll People’s cream based makeup (like blush and bronzer).
Natural Contour And Highlight Duo
Applied with a brush or your fingers, this cream duo is subtle which makes it hard to overdo it. The duo consist of W3ll People’s Brightening Cream in Universal Glow and Bronzing Cream in Natural Tan. Both seem to be pretty universal colors. No one wants that overly contoured look, so I like that this one lets you build the color gradually and it blends really well. It allows you to have a very natural looking contour. I’m also loving the compact that has a small mirror and magnetic closure.
Expessionist Liquid Eyeliner in Black
This liquid liner is quite a launch! The small brush tip gives a precise application and it dries very fast. It’s very opaque and lets you draw a fine line or a more noticeable winged look. This liner does have some staying power, but if I use a lot of oil based products (like a face oil moisturizer), it’s easier for it to smudge. Using face oils with makeup usually does make my mascara, liner and other products more prone to smudging. That being said, if I use their tinted moisturizer, it acts like a primer and keeps the liner from smudging.
Bio Brightener Invisible Powder
While this isn’t new, I wanted to mention it. It’s a product I use daily to set my makeup and it really leaves my skin silky smooth. I don’t know what kind of magic it works, but it manages to blur out imperfections and make my skin look smoother and more even. If you’re at Target picking up some of their new products, I highly recommend grabbing this one too!
Green beauty keeps getting better and better and W3ll People is one of the brands at the front of making that happen. They’ve been granting green beauty wishes since they started and I’m happy to see they’re keeping it up! Happy shopping. xo
