There are a few products that seem to mysteriously multiply while I sleep. Among the most frequent are lip glosses, balms and lip tints! I swear I can open any purse, drawer or glove box, only to find some stashed away in there. I do wear lipstick too, but most frequently I reach for gloss or tint during the day. I prefer nudes and light pinks and I also like them to double as a lip moisturizer and not be sticky. Oh, and not have any questionable ingredients! I have many favorites but there’s just a few that I will actually spend 15 minutes hunting down in the morning (it’s a real problem). So here are some of my top picks!
Have you tried any of BeautyCounter’s Lip Sheers? I really love the finish they give you. The Lip Sheer’s are super moisturizing and they have such a wide selection of colors! The color ends up being a slightly less intense than what you see in the tube but it still looks polished with a little bit of shine. So far I’ve been loving Nude and Petal. These are both soft colors to pull together a daytime makeup look. I’m sure I’ll be trying out some other colors in the future! Cost: $28
Vapour Organic’s Elixir Gloss is always close at hand! It gently plumps up the lips and never goes on sticky. I really love the color Beguile. I feel like this adds a good amount of moisture and goes on well over lipstick and lip balms.It has a small brush applicator and goes on smooth. $22
The gloss I keep in my purse the most is Paz and Lourdes Lip Gloss in 1926. It’s a nicely pigmented pale pink that is so long lasting! I love how moisturizing it is. It goes on smooth with a felt tip applicator. I have another gloss from them and I’m really impressed by both of them. $10.33
One of my favorite lipstick brands is Bite Beauty. Their colors are awesome and they’re so long lasting. I really love the Luminous Creme Lipstick in Lychee. It only comes in a smaller tube at Sephora but it’s one I use ALL the time. This is a great brand and if you’re a lipstick lover I highly recommend them. $12

I have a serious tinted lip balm weakness. My current favorites: Tata Harper’s Be Adored, Bite Beauty BB for Lips in Tawny, and Wax + Cruz Pink Moon Balm. All so different from each other, all so great.

Lately I’ve been loving Ilia’s lip conditioners and Ellovi tinted balm. I got to try one BiteBeauty lipstick as well, and I’m hooked: the pigmentation and the long wear are incredible. xx
