November Beauty Heroes
I was so excited to receive the November Beauty Heroes box! It features one of my favorite all-natural brands- Josh Rosebrook. I’ve talked about his products a lot on the blog, so I’m sure you all are well aware of my fondness for this line. In fact, I’ve even reviewed this month’s sidekick in depth previously. But before we get into what’s in the box, I’m very excited to share with you all that I’ve officially become one of Beauty Heroes Brand Ambassadors. You can read a fun interview they did with me here. I felt like such a professional blogger lol. As an ambassador I’m able to receive the box a bit early each month so that I have time to try out the products and let you all know what I think of what’s inside. I’m also able to pass on special discounts to you all at times, which I was all about. I love being able to share awesome brands/retailers with you and be able to save you some money!
Ok, so about what’s in the box this month! Josh Rosebrook recently released his newest shampoo and conditioner creation: Balance. This set is good for a wide variety of hair types, but will work especially well for normal to oily hair types. It has a clean, fresh scent. It’s a little herbal but mostly hits brighter notes like rosemary, so it’s not too earthy smelling (which I like). The shampoo lathers and does a good job of cleaning your hair with out leaving it feeling heavy or oily. I also found the conditioner to be hydrating without weighing my hair down. If you’ve previously tried Josh Rosebrook’s Nourish set and found it to be a bit heavy, then this should work much better for you.
The sidekick this month was Josh Rosebrook’s Hold hairspray. This has been a longstanding favorite of mine and I have a full review here. Another favorite from his line is Lift, the volumizer spray. The reason I have so many favorites from Josh Rosebrook goes beyond the products’ excellent performance. His ingredient lists are impeccable. Not only are they some of the most nontoxic I’ve come across, but they are completely transparent about what goes into the products and none of the ingredients used are fillers. Each one has a specific function or benefit. I think Josh Rosebrook was a fantastic pick for this month’s box.
Feeling a little sad you didn’t get the November box? They still have a few left and at $39 they are a steal. These products retail for $74 all together. And my readers get to save $10 off their first box with code MaisonPur. Pretty amazing, right? Well, get it while it’s hot because next month there will be no discounts and for good reason. I can’t share what’s in the December box just yet, but I’m soooo excited about it. Let’s just say cult favorite, well over the $39 price of the box. I will share a sneak peek as soon as I’m allowed, I promise. In the meantime, go ahead and snag one of November’s boxes for $29 and enjoy your new hair!
